This beautiful studio apartment
has just completed a complete six-month
renovation… and has it ever been worth it!
As you enter the beautiful pre-revolutionary
building, you'll
immediately see the personality and charm in the gracious
entry, wide staircase and hallways. Although they're in
the process of a total renovation, they're clean and you
can see the beauty throughout. In fact, you may decide to
explore the building instead of simply taking the elevator
to your apartment.
 Of
course, none of that matters
if the apartment
isn't up to your standards… However, I'll tell you that
this cozy studio apartment is packed with features that
others in Moscow wish they offered!
For instance, besides a new parquet
floor, an air conditioner, a walk-in closet with
a personal safe, Hi-Speed Internet connection, and a washer
with dryer, the apartment comes with a beautiful bathroom
complete with a bidet, heated towel rack and a walk-in shower!
In addition, the TV with a DVD
player is complete
with Kosmos-TV offering every foreign language station available
in Moscow and is positioned so that it can be viewed from
the sofa or the kitchen. The kitchen is equipped with a
convenient refrigerator, cook-top, microwave and a washer/dryer.
 Unfortunately,
you may not have time to enjoy the apartment because
there's so much to do in the area… In fact, you're just
a few blocks from so many clubs and restaurants that there's
not enough room to list them all… However, to name just
a few, the trendy Vogue Café, Karma Bar, News Pub and Restaurant,
Café Pushkin, Pyramid, Café des Artistes, Night Flight,
Scandinavia, and the Hungry Duck are just a very few of
the local entertainment venues within a few steps. If shopping
is more your style, you'll want to explore the many shops
in the area, including many designer boutiques and world-renowned
stores in the area or nearby in the GUM shopping area.
If you feel more in the mood for
culture, there are many theaters within a few minutes
walk… including the world famous Bolshoi Theater complex.
Or, you may find it more interesting to explore Red Square,
the Kremlin or the Lubyanka (the former KGB headquarters)…
all are just a short stroll away!
If you are getting the idea that
