This beautiful studio, which has just finished a complete
renovation, is in a former elite Soviet apartment
hotel. The
building features wide hallways and staircases, a full-time
security attendant and four elevators. I have stayed in
several other apartments in this building and I can personally
attest to the fact that this building offers security, convenience,
comfort and a great location. Of course, none of the other
apartments that I stayed in were anywhere as nice as this
apartment! As a convenience, it is only a few doors away
from our studio apartment #13 (formally #3).
 The
air-conditioned apartment has an open floor plan,
high ceilings, a beautiful combination
tile and wood floor and a custom kitchen with a large refrigerator,
microwave, washing machine and full stove and full oven.
Like the apartment, all of the furniture is brand new and
the bed is fitted with a very comfortable orthopedic mattress.
The well-lit bathroom is absolutely beautiful. The dark
blue tile walk-in shower with a comfortable "rainfall" shower
head along with a convenient hand-held shower head.
In addition to the high quality
of the apartment, the location is superb. It's less
than 20 meters off Tverskaya Street, which allow for easy
access, but since it's not actually on a busy street… it's
still very quiet.
Once you're on Tverskaya, you're just a few steps from Pushkin
Square with its many restaurants and cafes and many other
clubs and restaurants within a very short radius. For instance,
Café Pushkin, Scandinavia, Night Flight, Pyramid, Le Grotta,
Garage, and Benihana are just a very few of the restaurants
and clubs
in the nearby area.
 Shopping
abounds up and down Tverskaya, with many internationally
known stores and small shopping malls within the immediate
area. For instance, Tiffany's is just across Tverskaya if
you are looking for that perfect little trinket to take
home! Even if you decide to stroll down to Red Square and
the GUM shopping area, you'll love the central location
of this apartment.
You will love the convenience of
staying in the apartment... whether you take the
metro with the three stations nearby or take taxis which
congregate just out on Tverskaya. This apartment offers
everything that you could desire in a studio apartment in
the heart of Moscow.
