This beautiful two-bedroom apartment
is located in a prestigious neighborhood which is
very quiet and private. It is also directly across from
the largest Catholic Church in Russia and
very near the Polish Embassy.
The apartment is just outside the
Garden Ring, but is only
minutes away from three metro stations, four large supermarkets,
and many fine restaurants and clubs, including Mario's,
Makaroni, Cru, 16 Tons, John Bull Tavern, Voodoo Lounge,
Dirty Dancing and The Real McCoy. In addition, there are
many small markets and shops within one block of the apartment.
The large Western style and quality entrance is guarded
by a 24-hour concierge and is patrolled by the Moscow Militia
(police). As you take one of the two Western elevators up
to your apartment, after all you've heard, you will be surprised
that everything is so clean and fresh.
As you enter, the newly renovated
three-room air conditioned apartment, you'll be pleased
at how bright and airy it is… You'll immediately notice
the large windows and a deck that look out to both Southerly
and Northerly views of the city. Each bedroom has a big
window that allows plenty of light into the apartment, but
each is also fitted with mini-blinds which allow you to
shut out the light if you prefer.
Each bedroom is furnished with completely
new furniture, including a wardrobe, large bed, and
night stand with a lamp. A private safe is located securely
within the apartment to provide an additional level of security
for your valuables.
Between the bedrooms, the large
living room features the television with Kosmos TV, which
offers every foreign language channel available in Moscow,
along with a DVD player and stereo CD player. The Hi Speed
Internet connection and printer are also centrally located
in the living room area.
The bathroom is separated from
the toilet area to allow more privacy if a family or more
than one person is in the apartment. The tub and shower
area features a hair dryer, heated towel rack, and washer
and dryer.
The fully equipped kitchen features
a dishwasher, a full cook top, a full oven with a
rotisserie, a kitchen table for six, and a full size refrigerator/freezer.
